Wish I knew earlier! It's only a week or two and it's almost magical - the "lower back pain" is gone, and I awaken actually rested! It was a cinch to put together. The warranty is impressive - like they really have confidence in their product. For me, very firm is not nearly as good as a little forgiving - the support seems better, and not so "mattresslike". I've been telling both friends and family. Why not?
