Very Satisfied With The Sleep Better Store

We just purchased a 5 series bed and we are very satisfied with the product and all our communication with The Sleep Better Store. The bed was easily assembled and has met all our expectations. When one of the controls failed we were promptly mailed not one, but two replacements, wow. The free bedding is impressive and appreciated. We both agree that we sleep much better and especially my wife who has a degenerative back condition. We tested the sleep number bed and agree yours is a superior product because of the air cell design. Before we decided to order your product I resourced the internet and found a fairly even split of opinion of those who hate this style bed and those who love it. All I can say is I am very happy we decided to go with your product and saved more than half the cost compared to the competitors. Sincerely,

Better Than Select Comfort®

Most Sleep In Years

My wife was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis a couple of years ago and we final got around to getting her a comfortable bed she can sleep in. It's the most sleep she has had in years. We are very satisfied with the bed.

Pleasant and Helpful Customer Service

I just want to write and inform you of how pleasant and helpful the individuals are at the customer service #3 in the evening. I had some questions last nite when I was putting the bed together. They were extremely helpful and pleasant. I spoke with two different people between 6:30PM and 8:00PM. Please thank them for me.

Set Up Was Easy to Follow

Wonderfully Comfortable Bed

This message is in response to the email that was sent to me. I would like to have this email forwarded on to Audrey because she was the one who was the greatest help with the entire purchase of the bed that we received. We have received the bed and it is all put together by my husband and I feel very comfortable in saying that when morning arrives, I do not want to get out of that wonderfully comfortable bed. I have back problems at the age of 35 and have had back problems for a long time b/c of my youngest sons birth, who is now 7 yrs old. I used to have a difficult time sleeping here and there because of back problems but I now can say that that is completely resolved. My husband and I have always wanted a bed of this nature and have always thought of the "Sleep Number" bed b/c of the advertising and the locations in malls, etc.... and when we shopped at those stores, we came out with a $2600.00 quote and we both knew that that was unreachable for us because of our current bills, and raising a family of 4. We have 2 children under the age of 10 and a bed of that nature is not a neccesity for us when we have other things that are much more of a priority in our lives. I did a search on the internet and found your website and once I found that we could obtain the almost exact same bed for over $1000.00 less, it became more of a reality. We have been married for 13 years and have been sleeping on the same mattress for the entire time so we thought that at that price, why not do some financial planning and see if getting one of these beds was a reality. I would like to say that Audrey was a particularly beneficial asset for your company with her customer service, her knowledge of your products, her tenacity in proving that your products were less expensive but not less in quality, her follow up to make sure that we have received our bed and that we were satisfied with the customer service that we had received from the representatives, and etc.... I just cannot say enough about Audrey and how much she helped us to get to the place that we needed to be. She is a wonderful asset to your company and I cannot stress that enough and also to her sensitivity to military families and the struggles that we go through. In return, she helped us in that regard also as far as the cost of the bed as well too. I need to go now after my long winded email to fix dinner for my family so I just wanted to respond to your email and to let you know that it is the most comfortable thing that we have ever slept on and also mention Audrey and express how much she has done for us. Very Impressed

I must say, I am VERY impressed with your customer service. My wife and I get very frustrated with the utter lack of concern that most vendors demonstrate these days. It seems that once they have our money they really don't give a “you know what.” Not once, but twice you folks quickly and efficiently responded to the problems we were having with our new guest bed. No questions asked, you folks just simply wanted to make sure we were happy customers. Further, you went well out of your way to make it happen ASAP. I Love My 5-Series

The pillows and sheets are as quality as the bed. I love my 5 series so much and because I'm known as a pain in the back expert to my friends, I've been showing this off pretty heavily. I just wish you guys had a store so I could have gotten this on the same day I ordered. The 3 days waiting was ok though, keep up great work.

Great Bed. Great Service

Where were you people when I bought that horrible spring bed of mine. JEEZ! The controls are so cool and I feel so techy with it. Comfortable bed, probably the best nights of sleep I've had in long long time. Can't say enough about it. Great service too, very friendly.

Saved Time and Money

We just moved and the last thing I want to do is go out and buy more furniture or spend all this time putting stuff together. We were so stressed. Better Than Advertised

Thank you for being what you purported yourselves and your product to be. I was quite hesitant to order a product that cost that much 'sight unseen' from a business that I could not walk into. Eight days after ordering our bed I was delighted to set it up and sleep on it - sleep better on it. It's still hard to believe that I could have paid $1,000.00 more for virtually the same product from your well known competitor. My hope is that time will continue to demonstrate the wisdom of our choice.

Better Than Sleep Number Bed

Excellent Bed

We received our series 5 bed. It took a very short time to assemble and after 3 nights of sleeping on it I can only say we are extremely pleased. My wife has had incredible relief from her osteo arthritis back pain that she has been troubled with for several years since using it the first night. I'll admit we were skeptical of the claims but are now believers.

Better than Select Comfort

We purchased our bed one year ago, after much research. Our confirmation on the decision to bur a Sleep Better Store bed over the Sleep Number bed was dramatically confirmed this month. We purchased a Fifth Wheel trailer that had a Sleep Number bed. It is just not a comfortable as our Sleep Better Store bed. I was up several times each night. Last night we were back on our bed at home, and we both slept better, and were more rested this morning. Before we take another trip, we will have a new bed for the trailer.

Great Product

Many thanks for your speedy reply. I did not expect to have someone answer on a Sunday....By the way I love my new bed! I have had problems with a pinched nerve in my neck. My move to my new job gave me the opportunity to try your product. It is great...sound sleep and no achy body in the morning. When I go home for the weekend, my sleep is different, I wake up with achy shoulders ... in the near future we will be upgrading our home mattress with your product. Thanks for the great product, great price and most of all the great service!

Highly Recommended

Anyone who needs comfort for sleep should order your bed...You would have to fight me now over my air mattress and box spring. I have OA, RA, and fibromyalgia and had spent thousands over the years trying to find the right bed system to sleep. I visited the 'OTHER' store and made three trips and knew this air bed was the answer and applied for the credit card with the company as I did not have the $4000 plus for the system I tried......came home and thought there has to be a less expensive route and found your web site. I ordered and was treated like I was the only customer you had and every question I had was answered. The day the big semi arrived I thought OMG how will I put this together.....well as the young lady told me it was not hard and 45 minutes later I was taking a nap on the most comfortable bed I have ever owned......I can not tell you want a wonderful experience it was dealing with all of you and how wonderful it is to sleep 7 hours at night without being awaken by pain every hour on the hour. I have told so many people about you and I will be ordering another system for my other twin bed so that my husband can rest better when he is not on the road. THANK YOU SO MUCH.......

So much better that Select Comfort!

I just got my twin bed from you, and my son put it up today for me. I just Love it, and can't wait to sleep on it tonight. I have had a twin Select Comfort for 5 years, and it can't compare with yours. Yours is so much better built. I gave my Select Comfort to a family member, as it is nicer then what mattress she had. Thrilled!

Thanks for your help with our bed. I can't begin to tell you just how thrilled my wife and I are about our new 7 series. We've both honed in on our favorite settings and are enjoying some of the best sleep we've had in a long time. I kid my wife sometimes because she sleeps so soundly now without all that flipping and snoring, that I've wondered at times if she was actually alive! (She is, and in better spirits too!) WOW!

I've been sleeping on this bed for about a week now, and I am sleeping less than ever before. I wake up an hour before the alarm goes off, completely rested! What's more, I wake up with no back pain or leg numbness! I was preparing to undergo another series of spinal injections, but see no point in doing so now! I used to dread going to bed each night, but now I can really get the rest I need. I have already referred a friend with back problems, and will send many more. Thanks for a great price on an easy to assemble product THAT WORKS!

Just writing to let your company know how pleased we are with our new bed. My husband and I both were having sleeping issues on our old mattress and decided to research the different types of mattresses out there. We decided on your product because of both quality and value. We had no idea what to expect but hoped the testimonials were right. We absolutely made the best choice. My husband and I have never slept better. For the first time in my life I wake up in the same position I fell asleep in, I no longer toss and turn! The numbness that I had for years in my feet and arms that constantly woke me up in pain is GONE! You cannot know what a difference this bed has made in my life. To actually sleep a whole night through, pain free and wake up in the same position is awesome. I look forward to going to bed...It is soooo cozy and I can sit up in the morning pain free and move like I was a kid again. My husband says "finally his morning back stiffness is gone, and he can bend to put his shoes on again without the help of the stairs"! If I knew years ago what a bed like this could do for our daily living I would never have waited so long to buy one. The quality of the bed is also very good. I was impressed with the ease of set up and sturdiness of the product. We also ordered the massaging unit, it is very cool...lulls you to sleep! It took a few days of trying different levels of firmness to get it just right but boy when we did we couldn't sleep better. Thanks for the good nights!

Wish I knew earlier!

It's only a week or two and it's almost magical - the "lower back pain" is gone, and I awaken actually rested! It was a cinch to put together. The warranty is impressive - like they really have confidence in their product. For me, very firm is not nearly as good as a little forgiving - the support seems better, and not so "mattresslike". I've been telling both friends and family. Why not?

The Perfect Bed

When My husband and I decided to get an airbed we were a little hesitant as to which company to buy from. After viewing your baffle channel airbed we were sold! We talked about hanging onto the boxes the bed was shipped in to make sure we liked the it......... and low and behold the next morning the boxes were on the burn pile!!!! This is the most comfortable bed we have EVER slept on! We have been buying a bed set every 3-4 years at a cost of $2000.00 per set. We have finally found our perfect bed! Hubby at 25 and wifey at full fluff 39! Thank you Susie for all your expert advise and help when ordering our series 7 Sleep Better bed! We are finally sleeping in the same bed after 2 years of searching for the "Perfect Bed"!
