Unlike the Sleep Number® i10 bed that features a foam perimeter that locks in at the corners only, our 10-Series Sleep System features a sling rail design that locks in the rails across the full length and width of the bed to ensure they never bend out of place. The 10-Series Sleep System uses 24 gauge vulcanized rubber air chambers to provide complete support throughout the entire sleep area, while the Sleep Number® i10 bed only offers single horizontal air chambers, which does not give as much support.The quiet Digital Numeric Inflation System of the 10-Series Sleep System allows total adjustability and control over the firmness or softness of the mattress with the simple push of a button. At 15 inches thick, the 10-Series Sleep System is 2 inches thicker than the Sleep Number® i10 bed.
