We are now offering free return shipping for any mattress that is within our 90 day sleep trial if you are unsatisfied for any reason. We ask that
you keep your Dream Number bed for at least 45 days, until your body adjusts to the new sleep surface.
If after
that time, and within your 90-day sleep trial, you wish to return your
mattress we will pay for the return shipping back to us. Simply put, try out any one of our mattresses in your home for up to 90 days, and we will issue you a 100% refund on your purchase. *
Choosing a mattress is an important decision, after all, you spend nearly a third of your life in bed. We also believe that you cannot know if a mattress will be comfortable until you have tried it out in your home for several nights.

*Accessories such as bedding, adjustable frames, toppers, sheets, mattress pads, standard metal frames, refurbished mattresses & custom orders are not returnable. Free return shipping is valid on mattresses only. Returned foundations are charged a $65 restocking fee.
Return Guidelines:
- Any mattress and/or foundation is returnable within 90 days of receipt. Adjustable frames, bed frames, toppers, pillows, and bedding accessories - such as mattress pads, sheets, refurbished mattress & custom orders - are not returnable.
- You must return any mattress within the 90 day sleep trial in order to qualify for free return shipping.
- We ask that you try out the product for a minimum of forty-five days. It can often take at least this long for your body to adjust to a sleep system that provides proper support and alignment.
- You must call us prior to returning the product in order to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will not accept the return without this RMA number. Please call toll free 1-877-753-3770, Monday thru Friday during business hours 9:30-4:00 central time for return information.
- All returns must be returned to our Texas warehouse.
- All products and parts must be returned in LIKE NEW condition, free from odors and stains.
